How many invites should I order?

To plan the perfect weddingof course, must be prepared very well. including on How many invites should I order?here are some tips that can be considered

1. Write down all possible guestsFrom close friends to work colleagues and everyone inbetween, collate all the guests you'd like to invite.

Remember that a wedding list is really a balancing act and although it may be your wedding day, you must also take into consideration the wishes of your famillies and the need to acknowledge that certain 'duty' invites will be required.

2. Narrow down the groupChoose an A-list and a B-list. Yes, I know no-one likes the thought that they may be on the B-list, let alone the C-list, but the reality is everyone does it because there are only so many people you can invite to an event.

3. Do some invites mathsAdd up all your names on the A-list and a third of those on your B-list who can be invited in the second round. Then subtract couples - you'll be amazed how many people forget to do this!

4. Be courteousDon't forget 'courtesy' invitations to those people who are unlikely to attend for various reasons - distance or health - but would like to be there in mind, if not in body.

5. And do a final sum!Add 20% to your total because it's much more expensive to reprint than it is to add a few extra invitations with your initial order. These extra invites will allow you to invite more of the B-list people once you hear back from those who can't come to your big day.
